A side project for FemFinance, we offer negotiation salary coaching to people who’ve historically been underpaid for equal work. PepTalks was born out of our persistent frustration that the financial inclusion community has historically ignored the income side of the balance sheet for many people. This is a small way we are working to support the whole financial lives of our communities and right our economy’s wrongs. In addition to our free 60-minute consultations, we offer coaching packages, trainings, and collaborations with non-profits and companies.
