Our side hustle is getting you paid. Really. We know that lots of folks are underpaid for equal work. This is especially true for women. Helping people get compensated for the work they do is a deeply feminist act for us.

We have your back with a positive outlook and a track record of helping folks feel prepared for tough conversations and getting them paid.
What to expect:
Sign up for a 60 minute consultation: The Pep Talk. It’s a private, one-on-one video (optional!) consultation, conducted virtually. At the start of the call, you’ll explain the situation - what are you prepping for? What are you hoping to get from your employer that you aren’t already? Then we’ll offer feedback on your approach to help you negotiate more effectively and more confidently.
WHAT YOU MIGHT ASK:
I am accepting a job offer and want more compensation - can I run you through my talking points for feedback?
I want to increase my hourly wage but I don’t know where to start - can you help me?
I’m nervous about bringing up money with my boss, what should I do?
1-2 weeks after the consultation, we’ll reach out to hear how your conversation/negotiation/discussion went (we hope you smashed it!). You’re under no obligation to report back, but we’d love to hear about it.
Confidentiality
We understand that speaking about your job status, your wages, and salary expectations can be delicate and private matters. We take your confidentiality very seriously. Your conversation will be private: between you and our Lead Consultant only. No part of that conversation will be shared with anyone else (on staff or outside of it).
