What to Expect?

In your appointment booking form tell us briefly: what are you prepping for? What are you hoping to get from your employer that you aren’t already? What are you most nervous about?
This might be something like:
I am accepting a job offer and want more compensation - can I run you through my talking points for feedback?
I want to increase my hourly wage but I don’t know where to start - can you help me?
I’m nervous about bringing up money with my boss, what should I do?

Sign up for The Pep Talk. It’s a 60-minute private, one-on-one video (optional!) consultation, conducted virtually. At the start of the call, you’ll recap the situation, then we’ll offer tips & feedback on your approach to help you negotiate more effectively and more confidently.

1-2 weeks after the consultation, we’ll reach out to hear how your conversation/negotiation/discussion went (we hope you smashed it!). You’re under no obligation to report back, but we’d love to hear about it. Fill out our brief survey or hop on a follow-up call.

We understand that speaking about your job status, your wages, and salary expectations can be delicate and private matters. We take your confidentiality very seriously. Your conversation will be private: between you and our Lead Consultant only. No part of that conversation will be shared with anyone else (on staff or outside of it).
Getting people paid is a passion for us. We are committed to offering offer a free PepTalk to anyone who needs it.
